My probation officer told me call dcf and get my kid placed in foster care,I said no way, I'm not getting my kid taken away, she's my only kid,no way,and I have spoken to dcf lady, been dealing with them the whole timeprobation lady opened eyes wide like a crackhead,creeped me out, she's telling me to stay at homeless shelter where I got sick at 3shelters,I live in my car 1year April,my x is a cop caller ,she is trashing me and my daughters lives legally,now batterers program costs 650,got me working piece of crap part time job, can't get full time work because of probation

Getting a job will make it about 230 easier They won't fuck with a working man much I worked at the largest marijuana farm in the United States and I lived on the property I barely even had to go see them people Once they gave me a few uas and realize that wasn't smoking the product they pretty much left me completely alone And on top of that they kept pushing guys that were on paper on to me to try to get him jobs out of the farm I wound up employing a lot of homeless folk and parolees Best employees I had out there If you out there read this comment and you own a business and you're apprehensive about giving somebody a chance cuz they've been to prison Give em that chance Those boys need a job more than most folk You might find your next right hand man

I should be off probation as of today, I finished my end of the contract, now they say I have to write a letter to ask to be released from probation and pay 21000 for supervision fees My only stipulation was to finish a class and it would be terminated, so I'm a little confused At court today I got ridiculed in front of my peers, I was denied being free from my regulations, I started to get hot so I tried to walk away and almost got arrested for contempt When I got home I contacted a lawyer I had earlier on he said he would try to fix this shit I feel as if the court is fucking with me tho and I don't understand why

I'm on probation right now Been on it for 7 out of 10 years I've done everything I have to do Got a job, stayed out of trouble, stopped smoking weed, paid all my fees, was always home before curfew, and attended all classes they made me do Yesterday 09 of June 2020 my lawyer called me asking if I would be fine doing the hearing through zoom (cuz of rona) So as of now it's anytime to get my court date Wish me luck yall!

Virginia's court system sucks balls I was facing a couple of years just for speeding on the highway a couple times when their bunk ass highways got a 50 mile speed limit and doing 70 or 75 is considered reckless driving when it's normal for most of the rest of the country
