question: What is the maximum size of a skyscraper zone when using ctrl + drag? I read that 5x5 will create massive skyscrapers but It doesn't happen I have a lot of residential demand and no job demand also I have surrounded the zone with parks, plazas, special buildings, it has a hospital, police and fire station, education etc nearby What can be the problem?

This is why I still think to this day in 2020 that SC4 remains as the king of the city building genre The simulation is pure gold Planning a city was really that: planning It required a great strategy to get skyscrapers, not just expanding the city and getting rich people
