Similar to the KEYSI system too I like a good combination I do several arts (and an 5th degree black in most) and I MATRIX arts-- I take the BEST that I use that WORKS and get rid of the rest and remove ALL repetitive bs-- and what I have left with are POWERFUL combos that they are NEVER looking for works Ive had over 1000+ documented confrontations and only 2 losses over a 40 year career (on the job- either ranger, or some form of lawin the jungles, and gangland usa against usually multiple attackers )I retired recently- and don't practice anymore-- got mashed between 2 trucks in 99 and the pain is finally getting to me TOO much

I totally honour this guy and respect what his teaching is very interesting I would like to see it tested against a boxer, even a beginner For everyone's benefits, just so you know The guy in the boxing gloves, his distant seems a bit off when he's punching your palms it's like that's where your head would be if someone was really punching I worry about his cupped hand stopping a punch if it's a strong jab or right hand, a cupped hand won't stop a ramrod punch I've got quite thin arms and a very interested in the idea of using ones elbows because I'm worried about forearms being like the end of levers It's not very hard to push on forearms out of position the further away you get from the elbow How do I thank you very much i enjoy your videos
