As one who holds a 3rd dan in TKD and has studied, ju-jitsu, judo, hapkido and other disciplines, I have had the opportunity to test these techniques as a bouncer and a police officer There is no perfect martial art, there is only the fighter who is willing to test and willing to throw out the crap that does not work in a real fight I have tested a lot of techniques and if they do not work in a real combat situation, I refuse to teach them

Wing Chun is shite when fighting a proper fighter from a proper fighting sport Ive seen it many times It looks good when rehearsed in sparring or for TV/movies, but it is absolutely useless when fighting someone who really wants to punch, kick and grapple you with full power You'd literally be better off with Feng Shui or Origami

Actually, many many people had totally missed out one most important thing about Kung fu, which most or 98 current kungfu masters themselves also do not know of, which is ANY Kungfu is created in a form of YIN YANG, 2 parts in total, making up 1 as a complete set of kungfu, and this applies to all various schools of kungfu And what we all sees nowadays in most Kungfu masters or TV, or watever are just external training, or the forms or movements only, using only OUTER Strength or muscles to practice it that is call YANG energy, 刚强之气 And what we currently LACK is the INNER STRENGTH or the YIN, that is the Most important or second part This is the Inner energy or 内功, Power or QI GONG which really can 1 punch and send the enemy fly far far away as this energy is derive from inner body, which almost all of the kungfu masters had lost this skills in how to train it, sad to know And how i know, its simple and logic sense, if anyone had visited Kungfu originated country, China, places like WUDANG Mountain, ER MEI Mountain, or Shaolin Mountain, all are build at the top of Mountains, and olden days do not have stairs like modern world do, but going up and down these mountains daily or weekly without any safety stairs of gears, for these kungfu students are like ABCDEFG, and they definitely possess inner strength that no current common human beings like us do, inorder to survive that long
