We are building a new home that unfortunately went into receivership, we contacted our lender who advised us to let them know before the interest-only on our loan came to an end, we did this 6 weeks before that date and we were advised by the bank that we were given another 2 months on interest only, but now they have taken full payments for interest and principal and said we have to apply for funds to finish our home which has now been taken over by another builder, we had contacted them and thy want us to pay rent of this mortgage, all due to no fault of ours, I was introduced to GoldenSurvey org who reverse this in no time for a little fee, he also helped clear our loan debts, we are forever indebted to him,,
