Walmart Seller Support is the WORST Also they are not approving sellers to open new accounts The return policy of walmart is worse than amazon, (that does not mean amazon is good) If there is any issue in the order, walmart does not even try to resolve it or contact the seller, straight away a return label is sent that is 2x-3x times our shipping price A bunch of NO-KNOWLEDGE asian staff sitting in India and Indonesia has no idea how to resolve issues faced via sellers They just send you autodrafted replies which make NO SENSE brbrOverall very bad experience so I request sellers to have a good margin in profits because you will be getting 1000s of return and will make your profits PUFF go away brbrIm a brand owner trying to get a walmart account because a lot of dropshippers sell our products on walmart but donot give good customer support If you have one or know someone with one, do reply Thanks

I run into an expected problem after being approved a couple of days ago by Walmart One of their requirements is to have a UPC code for every product before uploading it to the Walmart marketplace Each UPC code costs $30 for each product If you have one product with three different colors, you have to get three different UPC codes Maybe I'm missing something, but the expenses just seem way too high, especially when you have to budget for a dropshipping product because Walmart doesn't pay sellers for 14 days Instead, you have to pay out of your own pocket and ship the customer's order You can't sell products from another company with an existing UPC code without obtaining a contract or agreement from that company to sell their products with the UPC code Can anyone correct me if I'm wrong?
