I wish I had found you before I did a four-week stint substituting for kinder through second at a local charter school!brbrThese kids seriously suffer the consequences of too much screen time, in and out of school Sadly, they are sat in front of computers daily with headphones for 30 to 60 minutes at a time to work alone, and many didn't know what they were doing Many Spanish-speaking children here with zero English skills, and doing English 'reading' exercises with zero understanding of the activities With my background in Spanish, I had some ideas, but there was a strict curriculum that had to be followed It was so sad and frustratingbrbrOn second thought, if I had seen some of the videos before the assignment, I would have been even sadder and more frustrated

I refused drugs for my son He had a hard time focusing or reading and retaining what he read He wasn’t hyper 3 teachers mentioned drugs No He has to learn to live with and practice focus on things he doesn’t like to do Especially in school subjects We had a great class for they work with these kids By 6th grade he could focus just fine No drugs No pill is a cure on so many things like this subject

When you practice this with your 2 children, are you doing this at the same time with each child? Or one child at a time and the other child is sitting watching you both or the other child is out of sight? I want to practice this with children close in age and at time in notice they start playing with each other and become distracted an unfocused I need assistance here 😫 thank you just found your channel very helpful new Subbie
