I'm positive that becoming plant-based (vegan) 11 years ago has changed my life for the better I watched my total cholesterol drop from 280 to 147 (147 is lower than ldl alone in 2012 My blood pressure has dropped from average 169/101 to average 132/78 and by also cutting out additives like sugar, glucose and fructose) I've watched my A1C drop from 68 to a much healther 54 I now have a resting heart rate of 57 (this is due to my increase in cardio exercise) and my top weight in 2012 of 254 lbs to my current weight of 192lbs If I didn't change my lfestyle, particularly what I aste at age 54, I'm not so sure I would've made to my current 65
