Anytime me and my boys are yarning, we usually handshake at least 5 times throughout it (its a sign of agreement for us or a sign that you can relate or are interested in whats being said) or if someone says something funny, the other one will lightly tap him in the arm as he laughs Does that count? Cos that shit makes my day and makes talking between us so much more enjoyable Comment from : Djc00lness |

Love this! Thank you for the information! Will be sharing this in my mental health club for teens But what about when we can't necessarily say "I love you" or appropriately touch someone because it's a boss that operates in a chaotic and stressed manner At my part- time job at a tutoring center, my boss becomes extremely tense and even rude when she is highly stressed and I feel my cortisol levels rising and the physiological effects that follow with that (hands slightly tremble) Any tips for a situation like this? Thank you Dr Caroline I wish that human touch and being loving could work for me with dealing with my husband He’s had Parkinson’s with cognitive issues for thirteen years of our 31 year marriage Most of the time I can accept what is but I go through weeping stages that take me down Like now I hate this situation so much it makes me want to throw things and I won’t go so far but I understand why people cut themselves I want to scream at the top of my lungs There must be something more i can do Breathing is always good I’m still working in my own CPA firm business at age 66, a whole mother can of toxic worms in my life Blah blah blah I journal I do qigong in FaceTime weekday mornings leading my 89 year old mother Which sounds good but my mother and my husband have the same affect in me They can’t communicate with me like adults I’ve been the mother since I was sixteen Yah no wonder I have a sick husband that is really my dependent I’m tired of hearing about this And so good bye for now Just putting it out there Just releasing some pain Gonna go hug a tree and try to feel better Oh I forgot One good thing is coming about because of hubby’s illness 3 years ago I started to teach myself to play guitar My only music background was karaoke Now I’m performing live shows and I want to leave my day job to pursue a music career I never would’ve stuck with something like this had I not been trying to ignore my daily crappy circumstances 🎸❤️ Comment from : Debi Jean Music |
