Thank you for the great video I have 2 questions regarding train ticket, when I arrive to Zurich airport and want to buy a ticket from airport to my hotel, I have seen on SBB there is no direct train that goes to the area where the hotel is located, rather we need to change from one to another, so when changing train, does that mean I have to buy 2 tickets for each one, the 2ed question is same but when traveling between cities and we are changing trains, lets say from Zurich to Interlaken and need to change trains when we reach Luzerne to go to Interlaken, in this case do we have to buy 2 tickets for each stope Thank you 🌹 Comment from : Sundis |

Hi Alex, I hope you can help me with my question, I bought in advance a super saver ticket from Basel to Ausserberg on the website and any card pass was required and I just paid 30€ today I finally took the train but unfortunately the controller in a very rude way ask me to buy a new one with the day rate as I didn't have any swisspass to get the half discount, I tried to explain that I've booked it online and any swisspass was requested, I was very sad to being the trip this way, is the controller right?
