Almost same situation happened to me except lady had beginning stage altimeters husband let her drive bc his license was suspended She boned me and my 3 passengers had no idea that if someone is only covered for state min and you don’t have uninsured or underinsured coverage your left holding the ball never been in accident in my life nor a ticket my insurance went up $180 I missed worked and it took 8 months to settle after dr bills and fees who knows what I’ll have left and I have health insurance brbrTake it from me folks get uninsured motors coverage

Hey Justin I don't know if you remember me but I wrote you about a year ago about driving on the freeway and a Truck lost its load and a PVC pipe went through my windshield you asked what was the insurance company and when found out it was a marriage sure you said I wouldn't be too optimistic they have a very terrible reputation for pain at the time listening to everybody and their mother about cases they've been through and how successful the case was going to be you were right I'm man enough to admit when you were right LOL my lawyer called me the other day and told me that we have a low offer of $5,000 but this is on a 15 million dollar policy

Greetings I spoke with the secretary today I was told I will have consultation soon & “The defendant has a total of $20,000 All claims must be resolved within the $20,000 In your accident there are 4 people claiming injuries so settlements will be bases on severity and out of pocket expenses” Again my MRI showed I have a tear, a bulging disc & a herniated disc not sure which has the tearbrbr So with this knowledge I believe this means that my settlement could be within $20,000 with respect to lawyer and medical fees correct? Greetings I had a first time car accident back in March 28th in Florida I was the front seat passenger and the car I was in was t boned on my side To my knowledge both parties involved were insured and the car that hit us was at fault I have completed chiropractic therapy and was referred to a Orthopedic my MRI showed I have a tear, a bulging disc & a herniated disc not sure which has the tear I was told I may receive some form of injection into my spine I am 37 years old I still sometimes experience pain in my lower back and neck discomfort The lawyer assistant told me yesterday their in the next phase of the legal process and at this point all I can do is wait & that it will take several months at minimum to reach a fair settlement What should I expect roughly?

Dang you got all his specials reduced to $250 that's crazythat's basically an initial consult visit and half of a normal visit at a PT up where I'm at In Florida is aggravated liability something that can be considered and brought up to a jury for compensatory as well as punitive or just punitive If you dont mind me asking what was the gens offer before you got his specials reduced? I'm also at geico but handle different state and usually a herniation and bulges will get you 2500-4000 in gens depending on how bad they were and how much the Drs relate to trauma and not degenerationif aggravated liability can be brought up though with dui, medicine, and attempting to flee the scene that's some major gens if it can be brought up under compensatory
