I worked on a ranch in Tennessee and daily transportation was a Polaris ranger I had to drive on road because the property was over a thousand acres and had about a half miles of road frontage I got t-boned by a car and was ejected from the Polaris and flew through their windshield and ended up in their back seat I died and came back to life, had internal bleeding in organs and brain as well as head split wide open Got $50k which isn’t a lot but got something It’s all in mutual funds thanks to Dave

Get a lawyer!! Do not negotiate on your own You could have your medical bills paid from the MedPay portion of the insurance- yours or theirs Many things are not common knowledge that an attorney needs to advise you of and what state you are in has a bearing on all of it! I know this, cuz dealing with the very same issue
