Brian, you are so right about doing whatever you can to help and brighten someone's day and lighten their load at a time like this My neighbor came by on his way to work, he wished me a happy day and gave me a big hug and took in my trash cans It made my dayI cried, but they were tears of comfort and joy Miss my husband, but am thankful for caring people Bless you for your message and caring heart

Mowing a lawn is a great gift My Mom is 97 years old, still living in her home The neighbor mows her lawn and takes out herbrtrash She pays him a little something It not only helps her, it helps me, her 70+ daughter and my older husband When your parentbrgets REALLY old, you are old yourself and can't do everything These acts of kindness are angelic

I always blow my grass clippings and small tree limbs into the street I try to time it with the next thunderstorm or windstorm For the large tree branches I’ll throw them into the yard behind my house that’s abandoned I don’t have time to take it to the compost facility

And help when their sick or have surgery too I know when I had my back surgery I couldn’t do my yard work tend to my flowers nothing My flowers and yard are my love and I lost so many flowers and my yard died and filled with weeds in which now I’m battling We need more people like you! I do what I can when I can for others I want to continue try help others and show the world people can be nice and keep spreading love thur out

That is so very important messae Brian I think we all need to help people in need no matter what we're good at if we can help someone in need that's lost somebody that also gives them hope as well I think it's wonderful and commendable that you would help your friend during a need and I was always taught by my aunt that whatever we were good at weather was Lawn Care like you said cooking or even cleaning somebody's house or she's doing somebody's laundry I think it's very important that's another reason why God puts us on this Earth to help others and to do his work as well keep doing a great job it's very touching I hope you have a great day and God bless you Brian

You are so right, Brian Grief can be so catastrophic that you just feel crippled and unable to function Sometimes all you need to do is call or stop by to tell them you care and are thinking of them Most people forget all about you or block you from their thoughts, sometimes intentionally because they are at a loss as to what to do or say and carry on with their daily routines Never ever be hesitant about checking on those of us that are grieving A phone, a card, a homecooked item or meal, a visit, helping with absolutely anythinglarge or smallis often all we need to realize we are not forgotten and someone cares that we are hurting When loved ones of mine passedespecially when my adult daughter took her own life just before Christmas in 2018a hug, a note, a phone call still helps so much I had three friends that checked on me and still do That means the world to me You NEVER recover from the heartache of burying your child, no matter how old they are So, thank you Brian This message from you is priceless May God always bless you and yours immensely

I read a story (can't remember where) a lady didn't know how she could help a family with a loss of a loved on - she ended up polishing the whole family's shoes so they would be ready to wear to the funeral services So everyone can help

What a great job, and an even greater gift I am so glad you posted this video You are right, most people only think as far as bringing food at a time like this But you know what, during a time of grief, it would be such a blessing for someone to sweep the floor, wash a load of clothes, mow the yard, or any number of other things that a grieving heart never even thinks about at a time like this Grief doesn’t only affect the heart, but the mind and body as well That was so exceptionally thoughtful of you Thank you so much! ❤️
