I'm sorry but I have to say this My friend also owns both camera's I edited videos from the akaso ek7000 and hero 8 With the editing they're both the same comparison You over edited the hero 8 by 23 causing the pixelation to be decreased which isn't hard at all with the proper software They're actually both the same exact quality in most instances You are right though, the shake quality is poor I've tested this out myself, where as the hero 8 does have the stabilization But most use it for motovlogging or swimming to capture the gorgeous underwater life Akaso is best bet by far if you want a good camera for budget till you can afford an expensive gopro

This is a horrible review, as the price difference is enormous, and you want the $50 model to have the same features or close to it as a $300 camera I know what I am getting for $50, which is good enough

Still prefer go pro just becausebthe voice over is clear and is more realistic picture wise and doesnt move when your running alsthough go oro is a bit dark it still gices more natural light

This was a hit piece Just look at the zooms on both cams at the six and a half minute mark The budget cam is zoomed in more than the GoPro everytime for the comparison That means you see more pixelation You're a hack Ben, and your simple tricks are noticed!

I need a camera for when I work out in my yard to capture audio-video evidence of neighbor's harassing me with their aggressive dog I am not a vlogger or a technical gadget guy What's the best camera for ease of use, simplicity, easy on easy off, ability to covertly capture video, audio pick up of loud barking, and quality of footage of a dog growling at me up to 30 feet away and neighbor standing there doing nothing or telling me not to worry about it? I dont have a lot of time or money or emotional energy to do a lot of trial and error Any recommendations for me? The covert part is important as I dont want to escalate the situation but need evidence for wherever this saga is going Thank you

I had an akaso Worked great for so long First one the charger port stopped working So, they sent a new one Second one mid ride, it shut down never to turn back on again 3rd one they sent also shut down never to turn on again They ended up refunding me so that was good on them I now run gopro 9

Thanks Steve My frame of reference were in 1979 a Kodak instant camera (that could only capture one photo per click) This I modified and mounted on my hang glider's wing tip in order to obtain one still photo per flight Your generation are spoilt rotten with technology Thanks for your comparison and comments regarding what is now available on the market
