Packaged nicely, shoots great I upgraded the rest to a fall away and my grouping has been more consistent than ever Sight is still true, and the thing has over 500 arrows thru it easily Highly recommend for newbies or even advanced archers looking for a “truck bow” something to just throw around or lend to your buddies Comment from : Sĩ Nguyễn Văn |
That was Great !! Very informative, brThanks Comment from : kurt shinn |

I would love to go and take an atlerless deer in Iowa but I'm going to spend 400 dollars for the tag Cwd didn't start in wisconsin it was Colorado Comment from : Michael Hanke |
i’ll tell you one thing about cwd i been helping with the hunters education classes and this is my advice to the new hunters in wisconsin… i told them if you see a lot of asian doing them stop eating cwd deer, because we asian cook and consume everything in the deer especially the spinal cord bones, stomach, intestines, heart liver even uses everything except the main not edible bones Comment from : dablaug ntxim ntxub |

The difference between EHD and CWD EHD is ignored and kills much higher deer numbers CWD kills a handful of deer a year and is screamed about EHD is basically Cancer and CWD is Ebola In the deer industry we ignore the disease that actually kills deer and worry about the one that kills a few but is theoretically more deadly Comment from : Jason Herron |
Very educational Thank you for doing this interview Comment from : Dave Carroll |
Loved the discussion as usual Comment from : James Walters |
For anyone who likes to think cwd is a bunch of bull, or nothing too much to worry about Hey remember its not just North America, or even just whitetail, dealing with this Cwd is present in Europe(Norway and Sweden), in moose and reindeer Comment from : chuck |
The states have to increase antlerless deer harvest via a mix of incentives, low cost or free anterless tags, management on a monthly or even weekly basis, paying farmers to increase permission hunts with indemnity for damages caused by dumbasses who shouldn’t own a firearm, with a mix of requirements, one doe kill before a buck kill and make the recreational land owners also increase their anterless harvest Watch their glorification of their buck killing abilities on YT compared to our public land hunting buds This creates islands of unwanted anterless deer to catch and spread CWD In all fairness, some public hunters are guilty of this too Comment from : HoldFast |
Don’t let DNR test your deer! They will wipe your herd out! Comment from : Zach Wyse |
I'm curious if the Iowa DNR ever tests Coyotes? Besides humans they consume deer as well CWD to my knowledge has never jumped species I may have heard scientists did it in a lab with mice I'm one that will continue to eat deer without testing Comment from : Matt Stark |
I'm digging Nick's shirt Hook'Em Comment from : Kyle Marksbury |

Not sure how single bite bait (corn) would be more harmful to the deer than licking branches, agriculture and normal social deer activity Comment from : jimk59 |
I'll come shoot all the does you'd like if you drop the price of tags down to what it costs to hunt in Wisconsin Comment from : Derrick Warner |
Set up my 9 year old son 2 years ago with the original cruzer Fantastic bow He actually hit 42#s draw weight this summer and will be trying to take a deer with it He has taken 2 deer with a crossbow but now ready to step up lol 😂 Comment from : masterski03 |
Wisconsin is not the first state to detect cwd That's a lie Shooting more healthy deer doesn't slow cwd 100 of deer with cwd do not die from it There is no factual evidence showing that so please stop lying to the people People need truth and covering up other problems isn't helping the people or the deer I've done research proving it does not kill 100 of deer it infects Don't use Wisconsin as a reason to dismiss your own path with cwd Comment from : Derrick Warner |
I would love to see the facts and the study showing a live deer testing positive with cwd and that deer dying from cwd before the age of 8 I would love the site to find that information Thank you Comment from : Derrick Warner |

Good podcast ,I know the cwd has been beat to death but ,,,,Iowa found it in 2013 How long do they think its been on the landscape before finding it ? And where do they think it came from ,,aside from neighboring states Comment from : Kevin G |
Great video good to see the kids excited at the flight of the arrow cwd is in pa now kinda feel like the state isn't as prevalent as testing as I believe they should be my wife's uncle just passed away from cjd the human form hunted multiple states all his life Dr's actually mentioned that it may have been from venison consumption very scary for us who feed our families with wild meat I think testing should be mandatory to prevent even the possibility of this happening Comment from : Mark Vincent |
I got the wife (never shot a bow in her life) and the kids Diamond Infiniti Edge pros so they can build their strength up but also are able to use these bows for years to come until they want to upgrade to a higher end bow if they choose to Comment from : JeepFamOverland |

This is a huge problem we have EHD and CWD but not only buck shooting only whare we should have had a deer tag is a deer tag we have all over unbarin does and that's a problem as well this sucks soon we will not have the food out there Comment from : David huffman |
Cwd is a scam that will eventually take our hunting rights away Comment from : The hunt 365 |

Remember the dnr was telling us deer had convid also😆 Comment from : Daveyboy |
So let me get this straight you can buy antlerless tags every year as an out of state hunter in iowa? And as long as there are tags available you can buy multiple? Comment from : Kyle Zimmerman |
Excuse to wipe out our deer herds in "overpopulated" areasCwd and ehd are the dnrs excuse to keep deer herds small That's also why the have late season doe only tagsAlot of bucks that have shed have been harvested also during that season Comment from : Daveyboy |
Get rid of deer farms I don’t know all of the facts but most of Wisconsin cwd cases started because of deer farms Wisconsin dnr is punishing the hunters because of what the deer farms have created Comment from : CNC Outdoors |
Convid for the deer Comment from : Daveyboy |
I would have to say wolves are much more of a threat to the deer population in Wisconsin than cwd is Wolves have decimated the deer popluations in huge areas all over the state Wolves + CWD and the deer populations are doomed Comment from : Justin J Hauser |
I'd like to share something I've been wondering for a few years With all the landscape companies who spray incescticides and pesticeds And deer are constantly eating those plants Also applying deer repellent and after 2-3 wks that fades off and they also eat those shrubs/lower tree branches Would like to know if anyone is looking into this I'm very familiar with the tree/shrub spraying and the chemicals are potent and it should be looked into As a hunter I've always thought this can't be good The amount of companies doing these treatments are large in numbers and it seems to have started in a large scale across the country in the 90s Seems like all these problems started in the 90s to present It's concerning but what wildlife commission will go up against let's say Monsanto etc? Comment from : MeetMe@TheCreek |
Getting the boys set up and tuned was cool, I remember my 4lol Talking about the diseases with a knowledgeable person was interesting, and I remember alot of diseases have been around in my lifetime Citrus Canker, Bruscelosis, Mad Cow, CWD, to name a few I'm not sure if there are patterns to these, but it's hard to understand how they are not only spotty in certain states, but how the disease jumps missing counties and or states I personally don't understand it Love what ya'll do for sure Comment from : Russell Watters |
I call bs on that baiting theory They eat when and where they want! I've seen more deer in a natural field than I have a corn pile Comment from : Morgan Milhouse |
Can they get EHD from water Comment from : Denny Birchfield |

Is that mini Gooch😂 Comment from : Dawson Barber |
No deer have survived cwd? Tell that to the deer farms They have found that the prions are caused by blood being acidic They found fixing the PH of the blood using humic and foilic acid supplements has lead to cwd going into remission and the deer putting on weight and continuing to live unaffected Comment from : Veteran Iron&Outdoors |
CWD, in addition to lobbyist (firearm, agricultural, insurance, outfitters), and politicians are the greatest threat to the Iowa deer herd Comment from : James |

I love watching you get those boys outdoors and talking about cwd and ehd was something all us hunter’s need to help out with keep up the good work Comment from : Justin Duncan |
In my opinion, the worst thing you can do, is test your deer If you truly want deer on the landscape, it is not eradication which is what the DNR will promote Will deer die of CWD? Sure Will they build a tolerance to it Of course CWD did not just happen It is only because it has recently been tested, and was likely around since deer were How long have deer been around? Thousands of years No offense to the DNR, but if you truly think you can wipe out this disease through eradication, than you'll need to kill every damn deer alive So why do I post this? Because I saw what eradication methods did here in southern Wisconsin They certainly reduced the herd to numbers that were ridiculously low It took private landowners to decide they were not going to play the game, where the hunter was playing the roll of reduction of the herd We are not reducing the herd We are not testing We are eating the deer without testing Why? Because it is not (so far) being transmitted to humans I can promise this Test your deer, and CWD exists Don't test it, and it goes away like acid rain The last thing I'll say is this There is literally no method currently available to eliminate the disease completely So why would reduction benefit the hunter? I'll only ask who would it truly benefit? Perhaps special interest groups who use fear mongering methods to make people comply? Comment from : Pete Graf |
Nick, if I send you a different shirt, will you please never wear that ugly TU shirt again? Comment from : Jared Frisbie |
Ask them why they kill the whole heard and don’t find anymore deer with it That’s the reason there is no public involvement in testing Comment from : Eric Jenson |
That's awesomeIt's hard to get some kids into this sport and it's great to see And as far as CWD I know here in PA some butchers won't even take deer from certain country Comment from : Jeff Ritenour Jr |
Maybe someone can come out with a at home test kit for the diseases if I had money to invest in something like that I would Comment from : Games & Whitetails |
Worst bows EVER! I bought two of them for my kids and within 5 arrows both the arrow rests broke When I called customer service the lady that answered seemed annoyed that I was calling She said she would send the arrow rest replacements and we’ll guess what? That was 3 months ago and still nothing Crappy bows and shitty customer service Y’all must have been sponsored by them for the video BUYER BEWARE! Comment from : East Mesa Urban Homestead |
I wish he would specify in WI is free range vs game farms! I know most CWD detected in the northern part of the state is thanks to game farms! Comment from : WiBuck Fever |
