First time I m in Sir Recently entered option segment One doubt, how is that on expiry date premium is so high Ie Banknifty on 29/3/23 , expiry date, CE was quoted 400+ When option contract expires on this date, who will buy CE paying this premium Thanks

Sir why will a call buyer buy a strick price below current closing rate?ex brIf nifty is at 13000 and bearish person will buy a call, buying a call at lower rate ex 12500,?will not make him bullish ,and it is similar to put?

Basic questionbrYou said call options are bought expecting market to go upbrSo when spot is 12000 the call option buyer expects markets to go up so he should by 12100 12200 12300 etcbrbrThe how is ITM relevant for him he never expects index to fall 11900 11800 he will not even think of tight brbrAnd why itm for call option buyer ?

The previous videos were great but this one is a bit off But nothing a little editing of the original video will not fix One suggestion is that will talking about Call ITM,ATM,OTM you should mention the strike price of each order you used to calculate profit otherwise its a bit confusing (ITM - 12500, ATM - 13000 and OTM - 13500 for those looking)

Can some one explain ITM in monkey terms Like what I don't understand is that if market prices is 13000 and i buy a call option of 12500 i am already at a profit of 500 points right ?? Isn't this means ITM is free money If you are not holding till expiry where the scenario of market fluctuations came ?
