Invest into tools ASAP Get a $200 rollcart Get a 3/8 ratchet 3/8 stubby impact sockets 1/2 inch impact sockets, not stubby Get the long ones because you'll be taking off lug nuts with them Get an electric impact eventually Most shops have airguns you can use but also most shops don't fix their air hoses The more you use them the more likely one will explode while you're holding it and whip you One exploded in my hand and was just centimeters from whipping my nose Get an electric impact Doesn't need to be Milwaukee brbrI get most of my stuff from Harbor Freight Yes, everything has been working fairly well And their return policies are great Only thing in my box that isn't from Harbor Freight is my electric gunand that brings me to my final point Stay away from the tool truckor you'll have a $1000 MATCO impact gun like I do Comment from : Mr Rattlebone |

Don't be afraid to go outside of the book as it's not always the best nor most effective way Don't take on tool debt or atleast don't finance it through the tool truck but keep in mind that you don't have to have all name brand tools something's like sockets and general wrenches are disposable to an extent and if it has a lifetime warranty it's just as good if not better Ive broken more snap on wrenches and sockets than I have the off brands and the local AutoZone or freight store are usually in stock and the snap on truck is usually not going to have it as fast especially those 10mm Never let the place you work for undervalue your skills and if they don't value you pack your shit and leave cause they are not going to change Trust me you can make it on your own without a problem if you put the effort in to it so you always have options remember that they need you you don't need them Comment from : Cliff |
