One word - sidewinder Not all that uncommon It is true that it's basically a hunting-case intended movement put in an open face setting, but it wasn't that rare, and would not tell you one way or another about whether it's antique or not There was nothing about looking at the movement, nothing about lever set vs pendant set, nothing about the dial, how it comes open, etc Basically, all I gleaned from the video of any use wasnothing Just being honest The video was well produced, and the sound level was good :-)
