It is so disgusting to have to pay capital gains tax on gold, gold is a non producer, it does not gain capital, it is an inflation hedge and store of value At the very least, capital gains tax should be inflation linked!

Collecting the britannia designs and the Queens Beasts series followed by sovereigns is in my opinion the best way to buy gold to keep and also to liquidate when you have to When you have the spare cash, get duplicates so that you won't mind parting with a designbrThe same applies to silver, particularly the10oz designs, buy two, so your strategy doesn't deviate

I love buying Britannia coins for the great design, purity & security As a US citizen, I purchase more Britannia's in gold and silver more than American coinage I guess my next purchase will be a sovereign since I have yet to obtain one Finally, I was able to save enough to visit England; and I just returned from London Beautiful country
