Thank you for making this video I sing in the Cathedral's Chorale and the high holidays are absolutely breathtaking Seeing this video gives me delightful chills too Your choice of music to accompany this video is tantalizing I've been in LOVE with the Cathedral since the 1970s when I first saw it IT GETS VERY VERY LITTLE PRESS OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I guess because it is NOT a Roman Catholic church St Patrick's get ALL of the attention I guess because over 80 of the people in the 5 boroughs are Roman Catholic Well St John gets the back flow from St Patrick's during Christmas where there is STANDING ROOM ONLY and you don't need tickets to get into St John's on Christmas and Easter BTW St Patrick's cathedral can fit neatly INSIDE of St John leaving PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPARE!!!

"The Power of Their Glory - America's Ruling Class: the Episcopalians" - a 1978 book explaining this particular aspect of American history You can pick it up for less than $5 on thrifty book sites and Amazon It's definitely worth the effort to purchase and is a very well written book I've had my copy for over 30 years, and refer to it often

This cathedral surprises very much to me The mixture of gothic and romanesque arcs, the big spaces I live at a small city in Spain with a very pure gothic old cathedral (years 1222 to 1290) And so, I can't avoid thinking that this cathedral is strange and complicated But it is amazing too Sorry my poor english :D
