S Bridges
This whole video seems like a government sponsored commercial for trying to convince the viewing public to be on “their side” when they (the US government) require all these businesses to go cashlessbrbr9999 of these types of businesses are on the up and up, but the government does not like mostly-cash businesses as they are impossible to keep track of for tax purposes Just look around at news articles and YouTubes about banks refusing to open / maintain accounts with Mom and Pop mostly-cash businesses Uncle Sam is hoping to make it impossible for these types of mostly-cash businesses to stay alive with all the restrictions and reporting requirements they are putting on banks - it has nothing to do with “money laundering”brbrIn the next few years no business will be able to bank anywhere if it runs primarily on cash All the banks will be too paranoid to service them They will all be forced to run on debit / credit cards only
