My son gave a ridge wallet for fathers day, I have some issues with it so about a week ago I contacted customer service so far no one has contacted me to take care of my issues with the wallet

I've had a Ridge wallet for two years and my only complaint is that it gradually destroys cards that use a magnetic strip While the cards are held together nice and firm, for that very reason the cards rub hard against each other every time you take one out or put one back Until they make ATMs that read the chip, not the strip, my cards only work for about 5 or 6 months before needing to be replacedbrEDIT: I carry a separate money clip for cash since I hate tri-folding my notes to fit into the Ridge clip, but that's just personal preference

I've had mine for about 3 or so years and while I like it, I think they should really redesign it to be more accessible I'm going to be trying the Aviator wallet soon, which really seems like a better design I feel like the pull tab of the Aviator and the opening design of the Geogrit could be combined for a much better experience

I picked a GOVO titanium that I bought for a third of the price of the titanium Ridge models The belt/money clip/lanyard slot come standard The clear acrylic front, shows an ID card for around the neck mode I did have to buy a RFID block card The 3 +RFID card limit is not a problem for me, but would be for many people

I wouldn't trust a company that doesn't like to pay/dodges around paying the content creators sponsored by them The minute they get the publicity they wanted out of the small channels/jnfluencers they take advantage of, they flake out or hold the money for months at a time before finally paying out

I was really disappointed by the Ridge customer service although the product looks great I ordered one and they sent me a damaged or used one When I asked for an exchange they told me they don’t do exchanges for Greece and all they offerd was a 20 refund (Or, If I wanted to return the used one, I should pay shipping Totally disappointing)

My wife bought me a lovely wallet As time passed it was clear it was too bulky I believe i have the ideal man bag now which is ideal for a trip to london, but it was clear my wallet was too bulky for it What is becoming clear is, i only really need my wallet to carry cards and keep receipts in (for expenses) But i also have a kind of a box solution with a concertina inside with mini slots for cards That idea might be better But like the video Author i have gone through various bags and wallets trying to find the best solution to carry my cash and other possessions to a) allow me to leave my coat behind on a hot day b) eliminate the danger of leaving it behind in a shop c) reduce the risk of pick pocketing which is an issue in London) brSo i use a waste bag for the gym and a chest bag for london One thing for sure is, no single solution seems to be ideal

I own a Ridge; it's like having a rectangular brick in your pocket No give at all - accessing the cards is a chore each time, - the strap frayed immediately, - and it's intended for front pocket carry Worst $100 I've ever spent I switched to the - Pacsafe RFIDsafe TEC Bifold Plus - purchased at REI Comfortable, durable and affordable back pocket carry Just don't overfill it like this calamity clown
