so when i heard correctly: Your tax that you have to pay from your cashflow, goes into depreciation, because you borrow more money from the bank and because you buy real estate So the taxes, turning from taxes into a check from the government to support you to buy real estate and pay off your debt faster, while you are paying your debt off with your cashflow from the asset (real estate) Am i right ??? As an actual accountant this video has some good points but substantial flaws Would love to know actually how to write off a residential real estate property in 12 years $6mil 12 is $500k a year like they talk about Real world it’s depreciated over 275 years so that same property is only getting $218k Again this method is going to work long term but Robert is unrealistic in hyping this up trying to get you to buy his course Comment from : Luke Starre
