Texture and wear reminds me of Cle de Peau’s Radiant Cream to Powder Foundation Shade and tone were a little off for me since I usually purchase neutral foundations but picked this up in shade 10 which is listed as warm on Kevyn Aucoin’s website The neutral shades 7 and 95 looked ashy on me I was able to get color matched at The Venetian, which is the only Sephora that carries it here in Vegas For reference, I use medium ochre 030 in CDP’s foundations Looks lovely on my combo/oily skin You just need a tiny amount, otherwise it will look thick and cakey

I was online window shopping for makeup when I saw a smashbox covershot palette version I hadn’t seen before, and I think the color scheme is really nice- the desert one! I haven’t yet taken the plunge on any smashbox palettes yet- do you or anyone in the comments think they’re worth a try? I do not expect any foundation to be perfect all day (more than 10 hours) without touch ups I just do not see how that is feasible, especially in hot, humid climates

I ‘m so excited for this new foundation 😍A few years ago Tarte came out with an identical balm foundation I fell in love with but just as soon as it was released it was discontinued It was so fast I wasn’t able to buy backups but the balm foundation and the brush was absolutely amazing it made my skin look so flawless and it was so light and non-greasy looking forward to trying this new product hoping it has the same wonderful properties 😍

I'm testing this out on my face today We shall see how it does since I have really dry skin I did extra prep work for this I like the idea of cream to powder foundations Application-wise it reminds me of the Armani Power Fabric balm but that one gets dryer on me as the day goes on I love the Gerda Spillmann Biofond cream to powder foundation but have trouble finding the right color (I need a straight up neutral) I must have 5 colors of the biofond and they all look a little off on me Thanks so much for reviewing this Looks gorgeous on you
