I got my guitar 3 days ago, my goal is to self teach at 64 yrs My Dad played when I was a kid , So I’m somewhat familiar but never taught I’ve downloaded several apps 🤦🏽‍♀️ they were supposed to be 7 day trials and I’m getting billed already I canceled them all because they were going to fast or not clear on finger movement Thank you for your patience and even pace great hand illustration I will start your lesson tomorrow I got the acoustic 🤦🏽‍♀️ it feels huge and slides down I thought about sending it back for something smaller 🤷🏼‍♀️ any suggestions brbrPS what is looping ? You might learn it in 21 days But you’re not playing it in 21 days Why because you don’t have enough dexterity in your fingers that’s why And furthermore, your brain is not coordinated with your fingers because your brain is not used to making those commands That’s why it takes longer than just 21 days I’ve been playing since 1974 I’m a solo instrumental guitarist I know how to read music And tablature two and chord charts So I know what I’m doing almost 50 years of experience and playing guitar I don’t like it when teachers give high hopes to beginners thinking they’re going to learn something but they can’t because their fingers are not coordinated enough I wish you the best of luck and success with your 21 days of guitar playing 👍🏼😁🎸😎 Comment from : Mark Brown
