Although Science is not conclusive on this, as is claimed in the video And Naperville High School didn't actually perform a scientific study You cannot counter a seditary lifestyle by simply running 20 minutes before studying or taking a test That said, the best physical exercise is the one that is actually done and of course better physical health also helps your psyche The key is to do this consistently over time Healthy exercise is a life-style choice, not a one-time quick-fix Comment from : Mats Oscarsson |
