Although Science is not conclusive on this, as is claimed in the video And Naperville High School didn't actually perform a scientific study You cannot counter a seditary lifestyle by simply running 20 minutes before studying or taking a test That said, the best physical exercise is the one that is actually done and of course better physical health also helps your psyche The key is to do this consistently over time Healthy exercise is a life-style choice, not a one-time quick-fix

Isn't a heart rate between 160 to 190 difficult to maintain for 30 minutes? I do not know as I do not have a heartrate monitor

I think a valid point that should be made is, and after a vigorous exercise our blood glucose drops to a healthier level allowing our brains to be more efficient And this can also be achieved through proper diet I have much better clarity in the office when I only have water or lunch
