The only way these prices get paid are if rates are low enough or people start getting paid more Since these 2 things are not going to happen The housing market is stagnate everywhere Some of the cheaper areas there is some movement, but nothing is really moving smoothly Everything is dropping in prices, unless it listed at a fine price to start
