HHSA is beyond corrupt It’s inhumane and not to mention the treatment of employees in certain agencies is just plain ol unjust and shameful But no one dares to question the county What a sad scenario I worked one day at HHSA Rosecrans and from the orientation process to that one day in the field I immediately realized I was in the wrong place… the way they scream at the mental health patients and how management operates on a one sided approach is what quickly helped me realize it’s not a facility for the well being of the citizens of San Diego and just as worst for the employees… shame on HHSA from Polinsky to the mental hospital it’s all bad
