Everything depends on the mix of cards in your wallet If you’re a regular Costco customer, the card is great just for that Well, it’s free Amazon Prime is good for Amazon and Whole Foods B of A is great for most other things Hilton Amex Surpass for $95 has great multipliers and hotel status (gold elite)

There is an electronic means of redeeming the cashback on with the costco credit card In fact on this years payout I just had a direct deposit to my account However, the caveat of convenience is that the redeemable value has to be greater than $300

i got the abound cash back card too after i hit the 7k cap for the year on gas in september on the costco card i like the fact how it automatically using ur cash back as a statement credit every month, it was a little bit more work to get the card tho but worth it

I don't know if it's still the same, but, my GF's son used the Costco Visa card to rent a car on his vacation Unfortunately, he got into an accident so thought the Visa card would handle the issue but he found out that he was responsible for all the leg work about the accidentbrbrWhenever I rent a car, which hasn't happen in a long time, I opt for the car rental full coverage insurance where they handle all the particulars in case of an accident

The big issue for Costco and Citi is the appliances used to last 30 years and now often last 5 before service is required Manufactures claim they would go out of business if they kept making 30 year quality items lack of competition, I don't know but I understand Costco's issue?

The Extended warranty has been the main reason I have bought all of my major appliances and electronics ( phones, Laptops, TV, fitbits, etc) from Costco I can get the 3 back from another Visa card T hank you for posting this is very disappointing news However, I heard thru the grapevine ( online) that the extended warranty benefit was ending on January 22nd and I confirmed the info with a phone call to Costco Citi Card customer service I quickly bought a new Epson Printer on the 21st to replace my very old printer I think that Costco will come up with a credit card that has better benefits for their customers and I know that Costco will hear a lot of complaints about this lost Costco Citi benefit hopefully it will be soon

Costco will no longer allow you to simply cash out the check any longer, must now be spent in the store Federal requirement thanks to bitcoin That would be considered their own private currency, at least that is how it was explained to me

Last month’s Costco Visa statement never arrived There isn’t a local Citi bank branch where I live And at the local Costco, they said that they don’t accept payments there So I couldn’t pay it off When the next statement finally arrived, it showed that they’re charging a late fee (as expected) I needed gas So I drove all the way to the Costco gas station to fill up and the card got declined Up to that point, I had never missed a payment and it wasn’t anywhere near the credit limit But whatever… I guess they don’t want my business So I went home canceled the card and put it through the shredder Joined Sam’s Club and got approved for their MasterCard which gives 5 back on gas Problem solved 🤷‍♂️

i was ready to product change my double cash to costco card right before my next appliance purchase at costco solely the 2 extra years of warrenty the update has completely ruined the card and i have cards with higher multiplier in all bonus categories is there any alternative credit cards that would give 2 extra years of warrenty ? visa preferred many thanks

That tip about redeeming your rewards at the end of the year for cash back instead of redeeming for merchandise was something I really never thought of before! But you're right, it would be sad to miss out on the cash back from your cash back!! Nice video Josh! I was so early I wasn't able to watch it HD so I'll have to come back and watch it again 🤣!
