The only reason why me and my mom stuck with AT&T because calls for free all day Saturday and Sunday to anyone and anywhere ants like if I'm deep in the country or in the middle of the ocean there's no drop calls but I'm reconsidering because AT&T is getting a little ridiculous expensive
Comment from : Hawaiian mixed

personafan
I've used 55gb this month💀
Comment from : personafan

Mint Mobile has a New User special, Unlimited at 15 bucks a month Currently have it for past six months in suburban Southern, NJ, and I have no problems at all No stores and so, you must call their great Customer Service You get your SIM card in two business days by mail with a tool to open your phone, and install your new SIM card Very simple They use the T-Mobile network
Comment from : richpontone1

Gelato
Google Fi is better than all of them 😂
Comment from : Gelato

TH9
I dunno why they even mention how it’s X gigs high speeds and unlimited slow The slow speeds are so slow it’s unusable
Comment from : TH9

TurntProphet
Cricket was great back in the early late 2000s, early 2010s Don’t know how well it is now with smartphones

Breakerisaac
I just switched from VERIZON $135 to VISIBLE for $50 dollars and I like it The speeds are outstanding inside Las Vegas strip since I get a good 37mbps when big crowds are present, enough for 1080p Around the strip and outskirts of the city i get consistent 70-140mbpsbrbrI'm also trying BOOST INFINITE for $25 and my S23 Ultra got 100-400mbps in all same places But it does change from 5G to 4G LTE often, not consistent I stayed with visible because consistency, I go to outdoor ranges off road in some parts of the dessert which Visible often worked well for text and call with 267-86 mbps while Boost LTE kicks in at 164-47mbps and the service drops often brbrVisible, Very consistent service but slower speeds below 140mbpsbrBoost Infinite, Very fast speeds, not consistent service
Comment from : Breakerisaac

Bizzle Made
My phone comes with built in hot spot so that isn't an issue for me
Comment from : Bizzle Made

Robert Gray
I’m asking this question before video is over What about straight talk?
Comment from : Robert Gray

Tony W
I'd love to only have a text and data plan I'm tired of telemarketers, and i'm tired of people calling me when i'm in the middle of doing something And i'm tired of responding to a device every time it rings which I don't
Comment from : Tony W

Jake
My att prepaid 5g internet connection is probably slower than 2g most of the time I often can't load simple pages or stream in 140p
Comment from : Jake

José Pérez
15gb average That's because you're including granny who calls her grandson to see why her computer has a new tiny picture on the screen! She probably uses 0gb Me I use up to 100gb, usually 80gb
Comment from : José Pérez

MikeL3
Us mobile is better than visible the coverage is the same but the speeds are better on us just FYI to anyone moved from boost infinite to visible have a trial on us mobile , next I'll try mint mobile real world experience here I drive alot and so far att or boost infinite was the best however throttled tp 1br5mbps to kbps and wasn't able to use at times so far us mobile has been great and visible also but visible throttles more than us mobile
Comment from : MikeL3

RegisMark5
Where does UsCelluar land in the rankings ?

World of Warcrap
none of any companies really look ur credit because credit doest exist theirs no way to really find facts on someone its illegal the only check is if u have had an account b4 and everytime they check they pre set it they try to see if u work n thats even illegal they did it for a lie reason to prevent costumers from geting a cheaper deal
Comment from : World of Warcrap

Chris Smith
What about Google fi and Republic? They both have the advantage of offering calls over wifi and are very competitively priced when looking for the cheapest services
Comment from : Chris Smith

Destiny Armstrong
I just tried to go through Boost Infinite and it required a soft credit check and it claims it doesn't impact your credit but I've had those show up every time and it makes your score drop a point
Comment from : Destiny Armstrong

Petrol O
❓ anybody that is using Visible on their current plans notice any difference of data speeds for their new "plus plan" compared to the lower plan?
Comment from : Petrol O

douglas harris
Verizon stinks now especially in California not even 5meg speed metro is so much better faster than my wifi at home

ron belcher
I'm looking for my wife and I and only need 15-20g combine a month we have t-mobile atm and coverage is awesome what's your thoughts I'm thinking mint?
Comment from : ron belcher

Thullraven
The thing with going with small carriers that people need to be aware of is dropped coverage, and it happens a lot As an example, if you have service with Metro you're using T-Mobile's network If that network is getting congested and bandwidth needs to be freed up to keep the data flowing, who is getting their connection dropped? If you guested you on Metro as opposed to the T-Mobile customer, you would be correct All the major carriers do it the same way, which is fair since their primary customers using their networks are paying more in general
Comment from : Thullraven

Nathan Moore
Best Video on the subject I’ve seen

Mint mobile in my experience is horrible for dropping calls or no service in many rural areas and smaller towns off major highways in Arkansas, Texas or Oklahoma
Comment from : Brent DNTI

imran syed
I've had metropcs for so long and paying $60/month for 2 lines on their grandfather plan of 6gb I live in Farmingville (long Island), NY and i need a service with better reception My main floor "basement" gets 1 of 5 bars reception all the time I also get 1 of 5 bar reception when i go grocery shopping I have to rely on wifi or use WhatsApp to make my calls

Comment from : Cristopher Sandate

Monarch Lifestyle
What is better boost infinite or visible?
Comment from : Monarch Lifestyle

Sigma Omega
Dish has less than 10 million subscribers, Verizon, At&t and T-Mobile all have over 100 million subscribers with Verizon at almost 150 million subscribers I'd hardly say DISH is a "major carrier"
Comment from : Sigma Omega

SunshineR Lollipop
Sadly T-Mobile was not for me the area I live in made my service bad but whenever I was at work my service was good I was with them for awhile and felt like I was wasting my money but it was my area that I live in not them
Comment from : SunshineR Lollipop

Justin Hager
Just so everyone knows, I signed up for boost, wasn't given an option to go ATT and got a Tmobile card I wanted on ATT Called, they couldn't switch me and the stores couldn't do anything Be warned
Comment from : Justin Hager

SWLinPHX
Visible had been running a promotional plan for some time now in 2023 with basic for $25 and Visible Plus for $35 I was paying the original $30 basic so I upgraded to Plus for just $5 more and now enjoy more international and priority calling
Comment from : SWLinPHX

SWLinPHX
Damn, I only use less than 1 GB/mo I work from home and use WiFi calling so mostly my phone is like my mini personal computer and for calls (some of which I also do over desktop computer via WiFi too)

Comment from : Ania Cuevas

Ricky Earp
HmmmFunnyfor $15 a month from Mint I get 15 Gb of data, if I choose the auto-pay option I don't give a Rat's Ass about 5G, as 90 of Okra-Homer don't have it, and while Tussa and OKC do, it "drops" so often, and "shadows" behind buildings so badly, WHY would ANYONE want it??? I use the Wi-Fi option in my house (IF I use the cell at home, which I don't, I use the landline, free with fiber) so I'd have NO cell usage at home Neighbor across the street has a "gov'mint" "free" phone, which ends up costin' her $70-90 a month???
Comment from : Ricky Earp

Justin Henry
I really hate AT&T The bills are way too high
Comment from : Justin Henry

Eugeno B
Why not mention Tello?
Comment from : Eugeno B

computerkid1416
Different strokes for different folks, but I could never justify going with the 'big three' The occasional slowdowns are worth the significant savings that come with MVNOs
Comment from : computerkid1416

Had Mint on a recuring 3 month plan 9 months in they charged me for a year and would not refund the excess charged Dishonest company
Comment from : Christopher Bergan

George Klimes
Have any of you tried Ultra Mobile? I think they own Mint Mobile - both of which are planned to be sold to T-Mobile If you tried Ultra Mobile, how was the experience?
Comment from : George Klimes

Saintraft
Instead of selling to virtual networks the phone companies can charge less flat out and they would make the money
Comment from : Saintraft

Jaden Osborne
I like when I can get service on my free T-Mobile plan and can’t get any on my main applachian wireless plan

I didn't need much data (power outage protection usually) so i found the Tello plans very effective for me They use T-Mobile and you bring an unlocked phone Pay monthly and you can choose how much data etc you want
Comment from : pay

Mauware0
Hey, I noticed that you dident include the Verizon Welcome Unlimited Plan or the ATNT Value Plus Promotional Plan? Any reason for that? They are the lowest entry points into those two carriers at the moment
