Literally never heard of someone saving 30 on an apartment complex That’s not realistic I’m not sure what the point of this particular video is Are you saying that Average Joe (the 99) has a real shot at saving say around $300,000 in a single life time? This is not a video giving real world advice Im not trying to hate I’m just saying that you don’t need 30 saved up in your bank account I’m sure some do it but that is few and far between I’m sure you have done great with your techniques but for the 99 this method is unachievable

People can't even afford to put 20 down to buy a home of their own, much less put upwards of 30 on a multi-million dollar loan on a property It easy to say just save your money, but very few people would ever be able to save that substantial amount of money just working regular jobs Good info, but some of your advise is completely out of the question for average people to start investing in this kind of real estate

I know way to much about dealmaking and do enough deal research per week the past 3 years to have done probably 30 deals if I had pulled the trigged I don't know why I'm scared to get into the game Got some financing in place, connections, and pipeline of targets I think if I get my behaviors and fears straight, I will start calling my list ASAP Thank you for being so transparent Chandler, it really helps me in the process My fears are irrational because there's no way I could ruin a business so long as I'm sane, but will learn things in the first deal that I will do differently in subsequent deals I think I have a good starting point to put out offers though, build assets and cashflow, and get better by being in the heat of deal-making and business ownership with more responsibility

How about if you’re starting off on your first investment and you have the experience through books for a value add investment on a apartment building but you can’t get Private financing because you don’t have the “background” or “experience” to get approved Is bringing someone into the investment that is experienced the only way or is there any other way?

How do I buy a property without paying for it out of packet other than the down payment? I have invested in real estate I had a good paying job, got a loan with a down payment and bought 3 properties this way I recently sold 1 3-family property I held for 17 years and still have 2 properties free and clear I have a decent amount of money saved Now, I do NOT have a job and have not had 1 for a few years But I want to buy another property I tried to get a loan from my local bank (who loaned me the money for the 3 properties) but they will not give me a loan due to not having recent job history even though I have good assets, cash, no debt, a track record and FICO of 820 I'm told to try borrowing against a life insurance policy What is your take on that approach?
