Thanks a trillion!!!!! , I've check it out- I started a little late on the initial requirement to do the home buyer's workshop (it was done through Zoom)the weekend of MLK so a lot was going on with them Well I 'm initiated, but as I was filling out application to get an realtor agent next step--- I ran into this section of the application-NACA requires you to have minimum required funds (“MRF”) of at least $2,500 or more for some markets at NACA Qualification The MRF is used for your earnest money deposit for a home you want to purchase, as well as reserves to cover unexpected expenses and your pre-paid taxes, insurance, and interest at closing You do not need the MRF for a down payment, closing costs, fees, or mortgage insurance? Wow, this through me for a loop and slow me down as you see I picking back up today hopefully I can get through this sectionI do have sources through my job, but Wow again I will keep you informed! Thanks a Milllion again

Just started! Heard about this from WBLS radio station out of New York years and years ago! Glad you’re covering it! I’m taking the first requirement, a class to be assigned a number to start working with a counselor! Also: they don’t look at your credit score!

A friend of mines went through the NACA program because she is on Section 8, she paid fees and they never got back with her, After many months of chasing them and eventually asking for her money back they never responded backIt was awful for her she's been wanting to buy a home now for decades and they crushed her dreams,,I wish everyone the best on their journey to Homeownership 💗

NACA is a Great program! You have to clean up your credit Also you do have to have money saved up I've went through the program With the money you have saved you can use it to buy down the interest rate Also anyone can qualify, my friend purchased a home in DC for $350k and she makes 6 figures

I bought my house thru NACA 12/2020 It was STRESSFUL, but well WORTH IT I bought in a gentrified area due to being a non-priority member My house was new construction and is beautiful!
