Are these programs beneficial for the current market we are in? Sellers get picky and usually prefer conventional in order to close quicker These type of assistance loans have more restrictions I know someone that used NACA and still has not been able to close after 2 years

I left LA 5yrs ago for a job opportunity and to possibly buy my own home someday The market skyrocketed in 2019 and LIFE happened and I had to use my $$ saved so I’m starting over now I take notes and have learned so very much from you, I am now in a program through the state of Arizona, they are helping me qualify for a $12k grant 🤑🤑 and also assisting me with one of those 100 loans! So I’m hoping to be in a new home within the next 8-12 mos💃🏽

I do not understand any of this all I want to know is how I can buy a home easy and fast please I see a townhome in Riverdale Georgia that I want for $125,000 the best price ive found for a home and enough space for just myself and 5yr old I dont have time to try to get a loan idk how long that takes I just want to buy it now says an estimated mortage of $695 a month much better than $1100-1300 apartment and townhomes I am applying to rent Can you please contact me? What do I need to do I reach out to Zillow but they dont respond or not informative I been banking with Chase over 11 years do I just go their and ask them for a loan or mortage loan? I have money saved the money id spent renting, deposit, etc I will use for the downpayment, closing cost, etc I am in a hotel now because of issues with my current apartment and I would like to just buy a house and be done with renting when the time comes I will buy us a better home but this townhome I found is suffient for now I been on the job 15 years and have a 730 credit score just dont understand anything and need the fastest way to buy a house

You still need a reserve amount, if you are approved for $275,000 house the lender could still ask for 1-3 months in reserve funds in your account Meaning you would need 2,050-8,000 plus appraisal fees etc…

I just accepted a position with the VA in the Dallas Fort Worth area and want to buy a home but the prices in the area we live now and want to move to, the homes are well above $500k!!!
