Lending home is now Kiavi They have became more stricter and also want to know what the wholesaler bought the property for Am currently using them and had the closing date pushed twice due to one signature of fixing the sellers name ( which was really close to what it was) Just a pain in the ass

As a younger than average father of 3 can you suggest contract drafting sources to engage in this real estate flipping? I know tradesmen I know properties and some owners And I know some older established private investors But I'm lost in the legal side still And my funding is limited

Hi Mark thanks for this info Just want to say, with hard money or anything you have to be on your toes every step of the way It really wasn't cool that they couldn't look out for you and allow you to close on time But it was on you to be accurate in what you wrote Sorry that happened to you Im taking this as a lesson learned

I’m curious, is there no place to see reviews for Hard money lenders? Seems like it would take a lot of trouble out of the process and filter out a lot of difficult lenders and possibly force bad lenders to either go out of business or shape up

I’m in the process of buying a rental property funding through hard money lender Paid for appraisal $650 and we supposed to close on Feb 20th and today is Feb 22 they still don’t have my appraisal in So frustratingthey keep telling me they don’t have control over appraisal but they are the one hired the appraisal company, not me Lol probably won’t do business with this bank again

Lending One is the worst!!!! I used them and they will give you a super low value on ARV and won't let the appraisers appraise for the real value I used them 5 times and the first two went great, but the next three were 20 under ARV They will try and trick you into using them with their low prices, but you will never qualify for them because your value will never come back right, because they won't let the appraiser repot the real value

Hey Mark,brLoved this video! brbrbrI'm an LO for one of the lesser known hard money lenders out there and it is a relief to hear some actual feedback about other companies in this space Whenever I speak to an investor, I always try to get a gauge on where they came from, what they liked, and what they didn't like I've heard similar things about FOA brbrbrI can write a book on why lenders care about wholesale fees, but it essentially comes down to wholesale deals with large fees are significantly more likely to be fraudulent The more you know, the less susceptible you are to take on bad risk Not saying it is OK for the lender to get into a shouting match though - unacceptable! I'd love to chat and see if you can give me some feedback on what we do I have no problem putting everything into an email to go along with the calls
