I live in Riverside County, Palm Springs, California and have had my Arizona CDL for 15 years I am 61, combat retired Veteran and never had a citation nor accident in my life California under AB5 that is currently before the United States Supreme Court and is on hold from enforcement would destroy the Owner Operator so no company like yours are leasing in CA any longer as the new law requires OO to be employees of the companies they currently contract with This state will learn a lesson when 90,000 owner operator and drivers stop hauling here! There already is a desperate shortage and company drivers are paid now 75-80 cents per mile with guarantee weekly pay of 2K or close to it with days off too!
