I got a sample of the Kevyn Aucoin foundation through my online Sephora order and it’s my Holy Grail! I have oily skin and matte works with my skin type the best but tends to look cakey This one worked well with my oily skin and didn’t look cakey I’ve tried probably over 100 foundations and this one just works for me I stocked up in fear they’ll discontinue it

Oh, no! Marnie, I just posted a video on this! After testing this for several days, I bought it I prefer applying foundations with my fingers and that's my starting point It looked great and lasted all day On the final day, I used a brush and had to use twice as much and didn't like the look as much If you still have the bottle, maybe try a finger application?

I tried the KA Etherealist foundation a couple of years ago and my experience was similar to yours It made my dry, mature skin look dull and lifeless; there was nothing illuminating about it all Right now I am loving the new Sisley Phyto Teint Ultra Eclat foundation! I am also interested in the new Surratt Dew Drop foundation

Love the eye shadow-autumn colors, Marnie, on film at least you look great even with this awful foundation review-but it does sound like you had to work with a lot of other products to get that lookanyway, for me, I think I will not be trying it! Love the pink top, and earrings!! That color is so flattering on you💕☺️‼️

Thanks for this review I’ve heard glowing reviews for this foundation but my opinion was the same as yours It looked good from a distance but not close up I’m the same age as you with the same skin type so I usually rely on your reviews Any idea what it was in the Anastasia foundation that caused a break out?

Hi Marnie, Thank you for your review of the Kevyn Acoin Foundation On camera at a distance it looks very pretty, but when you did the close up I could tell it was patchy Your other foundations like the La Mer, Estee Lauder Double Wear, Charlotte Tilbury or Physicians Formula look so outstanding in all lighting, far away, or camera close up It is a shame that the Kevyn Acoin Foundation didn't work for you Have you done a review on the La Prairie foundation? (Although I think it is $200 or maybe more which is too much to spend) That would be interesting to see if it can stand up to the La Mer Foundation The La Mer Foundation was so pretty on you I have only one foundation in my drawer and it is a stick foundation by Bobbi Brown $47 I thought that was expensive, but I guess not It looks like skin and wears all day It would also be fun to see different blushes I'm rambling on too long Have a lovely day! xo, Karen

Well, let's focus on the positives: your eye look is just beautiful and your hair looks perfect That Honey palette kind of scares me from on first glance, but you need to do a tutorial because it's working for you, girl! And I am loving the length and darker ends of your hair- looks so fresh and healthy

I tried a sample of this and remember really liking it - or really liking the shade match and I was EF02 I feel like I'm having a really hard time finding a foundation I really like and that wears well I also think I hate setting spray I wore the Natasha Denona x+ which I really, really like but I put setting spray on it and when I got home (drove a total of 4 hours and was out for another 3), my makeup looked weirdly speckled

Marnie Please !!!!!!find us a great mascara for years I used the rimmel I think it was in a Green container OMG I loved it they change it and I still haven’t found a good mascara (Drugstore please) Anyway I hear your cry for the perfect foundation and KevinAucoin is a Great!! I’m So sorry the foundation didn’t work I will be 50 in Dec and I’m still using wetnwild Buff Bisque I think you used to use the same shade 👍🏻
