I guess this is trending unintentionally I myself have not bought ASE for awhile now I’ve been buying Britannia and Krugerrand from my local dealer They’re just as popular and known around the world I’ve also been stacking 10 oz RCM when there is a deal

I wouldn't stack them either as much as you have you don't need to buy any But i did buy and fill a tube this year when the price's was much lower But i don't think i will stack eagle's again myself I used to be a generic snub but not anymore i love the generic's I will stack them heavy

I’ve shifted focus to gold But, I’ve found myself stacking Germania Mint bars on my last silver purchases The premiums are still reasonable and they are gorgeous barsbrbrEdit: Silver Seeker just put out another video where he calls random coin shops Most of them are only paying spot or just barely above for Eagles So much for getting that premium back 🙄

Sorry Mike none of that makes any sense at all to me they've always had a premium they always will have a premium because their premium coins just like a Royal Canadian Mint bar cost more than a sunshine mint bar cost more than apmex bar sure you can melt them down and have bunch of junk silver but who cares about damn junk silver? You simply made a mistake when you started buying Eagles in the first place, you were buying premium coins when all you really wanted was junk silver, so you should have just bought junk silver It's not eagles fault!

You are correct, silver Eagles not a good value, and you are not getting your full premium back when you go to sell! I find 10oz bars the sweet spot for getting the most for your FIAt! Just bought one this weekend from Golden Eagle Coin for $277 That is under $28 an ounce Junk silver prices are crazy right now ! May two LCS want $24 Face!

I agree the ASE will not be the base of my stack anymore Maples are next in line to be my baseThey are the coins that I had the most off second to ASE Now that I will no longer buy ASEMaples are going to be it Plus Florida started taxing precious metal buys I used to be able to buy my gold and silver and not be taxed on it Now with the premiums what they are and the added tax it's going to really put a hurting on my buying power Do you pay tax on the coins or the precious metals you buy?

Yeah premiums are high on type 1 & 2 wanted to get some but not at those prices maybe of they go very down Al get some but not at the moment I noticed premiums are going a little up on some coinsbut Al keep stacking cheaper silver coins at better price than eagles thx for the info ☺️🥈
