you buy a stock you sute its gonna add 25 up,😢😢 take the debt buy the stock wait and sell it thrn pay the debt dont be afraid😳😳😳 BUT, i think you have to have a money that can save you dont invest all the things you have, invest 30 or less of what you have so youre not going to end up in jail if anything goes wrong you will never have to work again youll just work to keep your money up to date and grow more money like a tree with the money you have by investing it 😀

I love Robert, but Its worth mentioning that in most countries outside the US, the tax system is structured such that you can not borrow 100 of a property value and still have it cash flow positive, even after tax deductions You tap out serviciability at 3 or 4 even with the best property, and you certainly can't pay anywhere close to 'no tax' like you can in the USA

I don't know how he can consider to get richer buying a house and renting it to reach the price of the house or to rent it for a higher monthly price than the monthly loan is not that easy and it's also a really low amount of money let's say I buy a $50000 and rent it for 500 the loan will be around the same amount of money and the result is a really small income
