I am 24 and I just quit my job because my mental health could not take it anymore I have some saving that I invested in fonds I also have a freelance business, but it´s only pennies I am still missing about 40 of my monthly expenses even if I only paid for food and rent I want to grow my business more, but now I am so overwhelmed and burned out that I will probably won´t get much out of it and live jobless for several months I got into treatment for my mental illness about two years ago, but it still affects my career tremendously I hope that one day I can get out of the loop and earn enough money to build a passive income

I hate the fact that people make money off the housing industry, housing should never be a business Having somewhere to live is a necessity, yet with so many people buying properties and renting them or selling them for way more than they bought them for, to gain extra income, is just unfair on the people who could never afford to do that themselves Who don't even want to, who simply want to live somewhere where they're paying what it's worth, not paying to cover the mortgages of the person who really owns it I considered renting out a house when I have enough money and using the income to pay for myself to live somewhere, but I thought it unfair
