This year, The Empress Tea is $89, before tax and gratuity Tea at the Butchart Gardens is $45 and at the Pendray House (formerly the Gatsby Mansion), it is $62brbrFor $20 you can come to my place to guzzle tea and and stuff your face with as many sandwiches as you can stomach, in a single sitting brbrLooks like you came in the fall, when it does start getting rainy In the summer there is almost no rain from June to September Comment from : ConTroller418 |
That Aircraft Carrier is American and is now a museum in New York We do occasionally see active US Carriers here on furlough, where the kids on board like that the drinking age in BC, is 19 rather than 21brbrThe Canadian Pacific Fleet is composed of a dozen very modest vessels (by American standards), including three, Victoria Class diesel electric submarines Comment from : ConTroller418 |

Be prepared if you are downtown Victoria to get stabbed or hit across the head with a baseball bat We locals don't even go downtown anymore Our stupid mayor has allowed very high density condos built on any bare patch Increased density equals increased crime vVictoria is not the city they all project Comment from : Padi Mills |

Great video, but as a Victorian, I would recommend skipping the Empress for tea It is insanely expensive brbrIf you are interested in tea, Jaga Silk offers some of the best matcha you get get outside of Japan, Silk Road is a world class loose leaf tea vendor, Murchie's has excellent tea and pastries/desserts, Flourish BeauTea is offering incredible modern Japanese style tea and Boba Dog and The Bubble Tea Place both offer very tasty bubble teabrbrI would also mention that Victoria isn't simply known for having lots of restaurants, it has an incredibly strong brunch and west-coast dining scene, both of which epitomize the dining experiences unique to Victoria Blue Fox, the Ruby, Shine Cafe and Jam are all local, incredible brunch spots The Hallway, 10 Acres and Saveaur are all higher-end restaurants that are definitively West CoastbrbrThe other other comment I would add is that Red Fish Blue Fish, operating out of 2 sea cans in the inner harbour, is hands down the best fish and chips in the city Wait times can get up to an hour on weekends though, so plan ahead Comment from : J B |
Yes, be unformed or you will miss all the activity menu options Comment from : Exposing Proxy Stalking Organized Harassment |

Question? when you are eating outside at fishermen's wharf Do they have seagulls that will bother you or poop on you Comment from : Jesus Villanueva |
As a Victorian, I’d like to make a small correction While we do get significant rainfall here, that does not mean that it rains all the time, nor does it mean that the sun doesn’t shine It definitely does But this spring hasn’t been a great indicator of that 😎☀️ Comment from : Michelle Lambert |

Just for your information the malahat viewpoint does not Overlook a lake That is part of the "The Georgia Straight" Part of the Pacific Ocean Or what Carolyn Keith said 😁 Comment from : InZane Budman |
There is a reason that guy is sporting rain gear--sometimes the grey, damp and drizzle never ends and the citizenry celebrates when the sun showsbrIf you don't have webbed feet--this is not the place to live long termbrThat drizzle and damp finally drove me outbrbrBTW--thats not a lake you see from the Malahat Observation Tower as the narrator wrongly said--it is Saanich inlet--an ocean inlet or fjord Comment from : ShikariSahib |
