So with the inverse 10 theory Would it be wise to only take out the credit if it represents 10 of what you make off the debt? Like if I go and take 10k in debt for my business it’s only worth it if I can leverage that 10k into 100k which means I walk away with 90k otherwise I have to find a way to make the 10k back to pay the credit plus my profit or is this more of a low and slow strategy Take 10k in credit and just make 1k in profit to start and do what you can where you can?

Sorry but that is wrong un secured debt means there is no recourse for the lender like a credit card what can they do take the plastic card back? A car or home loan would be secured because they can take the asset back I think you are thinking more along the lines of productive and non productive debt

I have a very important question, i have a debt on my credit report which wasn't my fault 296$ for car insurance, it's been there 4 years now It keeps my score very low i had one inquiry a hard pull on my credit that's all I have on my credit history report I am wanting to settle with the collections to get it off my report so I can move forward I'm trying to get a house since this happened I have not apply for any credit cards except for maybe an Amazon card which I was denied for I try to pay for everything in cash which I know was a mistake but after coming out of bankruptcy back in 2016 I never tried to get in debt anymore I just pay for everything up front now I need a house I need to know how I can just settle with the collections
