Own a Rugar 556 mpr and love it! Changing a few things like charge handle and pistol grip but that's just a preference thing Super solid AR that I got for $630 with a vortex red dot with it

I have a Radical firearms rifle I've owned it for years now and have about 5000 rounds through it It is fantastic The only complaint I have is the heavy barrel profile is dumb in an AR It is nose heavy and I will replace it with a Faxon Gunner some day to save weight I paid under 500$, they are up to around 700$ If you want a low cost rifle it is a good one you should consider

Those Springfield's seem so well made You pick them up and they're just solid as can be No rattle or wobble anywhere Finish is beautiful too it's so black I see the same thing with the WW-15 rifles for $900 this would be the one I recommend if just one It has chrome lined barrel/BCG plus it has a lifetime transferable warranty

I'd say the Savage MSR Recon is often overlooked, but are some of the most accurate AR rifles out there At any price range I bought one for a coyote rifle a few years back and it shoots extremely tight groups So I bought another that turned out to be the sameI've loaned one out a few times to friends at my farm/range and they all leave very surprised

I wish you would mention psa in these budget options, my first AR was a psa 16 stainless barrel with an mlok rail Full build was sub $500 and it runs great I added an 80$ romeo clone, which many would write off as "Airsoft", and guess what? It still hold zero It's not the fanciest build, but it's what I could afford, and IT WORKS FINE!

Everyone saying I bought x rifle and it's outstanding, I bought z rifle and it's great! Of course they are, they're all made to basically the same exact specs, and for the most part get their parts from the same source They're all basically going to work the same With higher end AR's you might have some more premium parts and matched together with better tolerances, but for the most part you're just paying for the manufacturers name on the rifle An MP15 is going to do the exact same job a DD MK18 will

I just got the springfield armory ar pistol in 556 can't wait to fire that off I have fired it at a gun store and man it felt like shooting a 22 lr so soft on the recoil but I will be getting a full length ar soon to more than likely a springfield armory one

I did another rifle using a Ruger AR556 Elite lower and a BCM 16" lightweight upper The Elite lower was $260 and the BCM upper $500 I added a Daniel Defense A15 rear sight and an Aimpoint PRO red dot It makes for a great rifle The Ruger Elite has an excellent trigger

That Saint Victor is over $1,000 nowadays smh I bought the M&P 15 for my birthday last year in June for $680 and it works great! Wish I bought a Colt M4, but that's over $1,000 and I needed an entry-level AR rifle

My mp15 sport 2 is a pretty good rifle, had it for 2 years now, got over 1000 rounds, I don't clean it and shoot steel casing bullets all the time, I just lube the chamber once in a while

Black Rain Ordnance BRO SPEC-15 A2 in 556 is sitting at $699 right now (2022) It is an amazing gun Super reliable Decent stock but you might want to switch it out Other than that amaizing gun that feels a lot like its $1600 big brothers Reliable Accurate And is overall a great gun

It's MSRP is only $74999, and Atlantic currently has it for $64999 It has an Anchor Harvey Aluminum forged upper, a Chrome Moly Vanadium barrel with a 1/7 rifling, a polished trigger group, and a Carpenter No 158 steel bolt group set! For the price, this AR-15 is a killer deal for anyone looking for a an AR-15 under $1,000 I'm guessing this model is relatively new, as there are zero reviews on it yet anywhere that I can find

The M&P 15 is hard to beat for a bare bones firearm I f you need to add a bunch of accessories you might need to modify it However all I added was optics One has a red dot for home defense The second has a scope for longer range such as coyotes or prairie dogs I have thousands of rounds through both of them, and never had an issue

I purchased an early generation Radical Firearms RF-15 a number of years ago (I would guess their current AR’s are better now as they have had time to work out any issues) I three issues early on The trigger pins started walking out over time and the trigger also stopped resetting Both were an easy fix burr on trigger internals needed to be filed and attached a fix to keep trigger pins from walking out Also, the firearm had some issues during the break-in period with steel case ammo nothing huge, but had some light primer strikes and failure to eject could have been the ammo Radical Firearms has some of the least expensive AR’s out there and they seem to have gotten better since I bought one years ago I ended up replacing all the furniture and rail, the BCG, the trigger, the charging handle Haven’t had any issues since, but spent more on it overtime in upgrades than the gun was worth in the first place Can’t bring myself to sell it because of how much I would lose on it at this point, plus it works fine now So, I just use it to teach new shooters and put rounds through it at the range from time to time If you want to customize an AR without starting from scratch, it is hard to beat how cheap you can buy a Radical Firearms AR They come with better furniture and better rail now than in the past The company seemed to get a tarnished reputation early on and never really recovered Not deserved anymore as they really do make a decent rifle for the price these days That said, for the money, I believe the best entry level AR is the M&P 15 sport II Stick some magpul furniture on it, install a better trigger and you are a sweet, lightweight, VERY reliable AR
