Exactly why so many women don't wanna get married or have kids The fact that we only have 12 weeks of family leave (and unpaid) fails many women at the workplace I took 12 weeks off because someone had to take care of the newborn My husband refused to take even a week off because it's unpaid so we had to dump our kid to a low quality daycare (no quality one was available at that time) when she was 3 mo old So I chose to work minimum so that we can put her there as little time as possible

To summarize : be passionate about what you do, take some control, prioritize, outsource/delegate, disconnect for short periods of time, reward your self a little bit everyday, create a social support network at work and at home, like if this helped ❤️

I'm 25 with 2 small children, a house, a full time job, and trying to run a side business I'm already burned out Idk how women do this for their entire lives 😓 we definitely need a better system I struggle to find balance every day Thank you so much for this talk It's good to know I'm not alone in these feelings or experiences
