Loved this build I’ve done the exact same thing with 24 wheel bikes a few times Only thing I didn’t agree with on this build is keeping the grip shifter They are the absolute WORST for kids Small kids struggle just to twist them It’s the first thing I swap out when I work on a kids bike and every time the parents comment on how much better their kid is doing shifting gears Love this series Seth Comment from : Luke Lester |

2:05 Yes I actually used one of those crank pullers some time ago and stripped the threads of the crank arm because it was stuck the horrorbrTried everything but eventually ended up using a hecksaw on the crank arm to get it off Because of the shape the saw slipped and went straight onto my left wristbrThose goddamn tapered BBs can give you real actual battlescars lol Comment from : Qorax |

I will have to subscribe A suggestion would be maybe do a short series on types of tools and how to disassemble certain parts My forte is auto mechanics for 40 years and it had been since I was a kid that I messed with bikes I got quite a shock when I realized some of the new ways bikes are built and the special tools you need Completely foreign to me surprisingly, as I'm pretty mechanically inclined and that I was unsure how the cassette came apart or certain parts Really unfamiliar to a person that hasn't messed with bikes since the bmx days as a kid Great vid interesting watch Comment from : Brad Mann |

I tried to find a decent flip or used bike online but the only offers in the market place were truly over prized (and grossly overpriced) for the bikes Because I love my son and he is doing so well with his riding, I ended up buying a new big brand bike I know he'll outgrow it but he's got a great bike he'll look forward to riding often and it's going to treat him well on the trails So, yeah it was spendy but he's worth it and his riding shows it was the better choice Comment from : Christopher Cable-Cheval |

FLIP BIKE ! it gave me such an apreciation of the FB market place for finding a bike My old bike became to small for me a while ago But money comes and goes Unexpected costs arise and savings have to be spend as is adult life I ultimately wanted to ride more and go further (my old bike still works just crack my knees from time to time) seth flip bike has helped me understand more what im looking for when looking second hand And now i have secured myself a cracker of a deal that will mean i can go out and ride hard come friday it will be new bike day and because theyre a local charity bike shop theyre even taking my old to small bike to set up for some other future mtber who it will fit better it might not be the shiny full sus alpkit sonder i wanted but its gunna be my bike and it means ill be able to ride even more! seth you have taught so much through this series and made me not afraid to get something that might need a bit of love put into! br<3 brbrthe best bit of advice someone ever gave me about bikes is "The best bike you will ever have will be your bike you have now! it might not do everything you want it to do but if you can get out and pedal on it you will at least be on a bike" and tbh i think if you look at the second hand market that way you can always find something to get you out and in the saddle Comment from : Phil Riphagen |

I'm thinking about buying a second hand bike off the Marketplace Is it weird to ask the seller to provide an original receipt or anything that suggests it is a legit transaction and not stolen property? What exactly makes good proof of ownership, in order to avoid this awkward topic of conversation with the seller?
