I wish I had seen this in the last year I have 40 inquiries for pre approval I had no idea that each time I got pre approved that there were multiple inquiries each time I have 2k saved and a great job and I am in desperate need of a car I am wondering if I take the next year and pay down some debt, do not let anyone run my credit if that is the best plan for now I think it’s my only option

this is great advice i bought my first new car after getting sick of old car breaking i had no credit and got a really high interest rate i showed that i had the funds to buy the suv outright but wanted to build my credit the dealership took advantage of me i wish i knew about pre approval

I remember when I had my car and it needed repairs, the factory warranty is what always paid for everything I had paid for a warranty policy for nothing plus it added to my monthly payments
