I'm no genius, but it sounds like this is a "mental disorder" my grandfather would've described as a child raised with no consequences for bad behavior My mom reacted this way to everything & controlled our lives for years When she came into my home as an adult & threw a tantrum, I took her aside & explained that her behavior was not acceptable in my house Never happened again Years of this behavior with no correction just becomes a habitual way of life

someone in my everyday life had a book on BPD (not I Hate You, Don't Leave Me which ive read) and i made a comment about wanting to read it they said I could borrow it sometime 4 days ago they walked into the woods and blew their brains out BPD is fking scary I've heard counselors have the most problems with them

Growing up was slowly watching my dad develop BPD, poor man got wiped out by a drunk driver and lost his leg 3 years before i was born, we all suffered, me and my brother were also diagnosed with autism as well as me being diagnosed with ADHD, i honestly still to this day cannot fathom how I haven't ended up the same, i never used to go outside because I'd just wait for the madness to start so i can throw myself in the middle and try and stop itbrbrHonestly if you're a parent and are suffering get help, also if you drink and drive it's not just a person you'll kill but you'll create a life tike of suffering for an entire family

Spot on A lot of BPS are more intelligent, and are very good at analyzing and knowing the facts, but are not capable of implementing the solutions People are already not doing what they 'must' do, even though they know they 'should' because of their own biases But I think a person with a BPS, better to call it an emotional regulation disorder, has even more trouble than the average person brbrThere are 256 possibilities in BPS I wonder if IQ and the types of BPSs (there are 4 or 5 types, depending on research) gives any coherences I think it will I see it also with normal people And I don't want to be rude But I see 'normal' people with normal or lower IQ and EQ react more from the reptile brain, and are more extrovert, impulsive, and dishonest When the higher IQ/EQ has a more internal dialog and not so verbal That BPS type would harm themself more, but probably are more manipulative as well (because they think things through to get the most benefit) brbrI also wonder which type experiences the most pain in life The BPS with a higher IQ because they feel rejected and think things over and over what they do wrong or how to turn things around and how to do it socially, or the normal or lower IQ/EQ that is mad and feels the world is against her/him and is severe black and white in thinking? brbrI'm not agreeing with the tantrum It depends on the characteristics of the BPS combination and it can be changed brBut it requires work (therapy), willingness, and capability (skills) to learn and do otherwise

Here's how you deal with ppl with BPD - Run, don't look back, never allow them into your life, cut off all ties, never allow them to be in a position to hurt you They cannot be helped and they will draw you to the bottom with them They can't be dealt with, can't be reasoned with, can't be helped They are the poison that dissolves all that touches Keep them at bay (married to a bpd for nearly 20 yrs)

Any woman diagnosed with borderline should make sure that her therapist was thorough because there’s a good possibility that she is actually high functioning autistic A lot of women with autism get misdiagnosed as borderline Of course, there’s also the possibility that they could be comorbid and have both conditions I love Dr Peterson and it’s touching when he gets tears in his eyes when he talks about what’s happening to young men in our society, but if he understood the horror and trauma and abuse that it takes to cause a young woman to become borderline, he might shed a few tears for us toobrAbout the being intelligent and understanding what you need to do to solve your problem and yet not being able to do it is relatable There are huge executive function problems with borderline

It’s heartbreaking to have so much potential to be helpful to others and achieve academic success be absolutely destroyed by this illness which I’ve had diagnosed since 2016 Intense emotions and self perception shifting all the time is incredibly challenging Super exhausting Hence why suicide is the default when I’m burnt out I feel so much guilt for how I’ve mistreated people in my life and how I’ve been treated I continue to be my own abuser with this condition but am doing my best to not be a statistic Love to all who have bpd or a negative experience with a borderline person

My solution for people with BPD ,after encountering atleast multiple of them, to my grave misfortune, is to find other habitable planets and either they move there or we do because there is no way to live with them or around them , under any condition or for any reason This solution is the best for both the parties They get to self destruct without putting the blame on anyone and the normals get to live with mindnumbing level of calm , peace and sanity
