I'm an artist for years every second I did was awesome it sadly slowed down on me and I wasn't making money ,,,I work at my local supermarket for the past week I put my head down and got on with it because I had to but I just can't fit in and it's so unfulfilled after the shift the job isn't bad ,I just don't suit it nor like it so I will keep trying to find other jobs that are more fitting and I feel like I've accomplished somthing until I'm back to art and me again

Worked for a company for 8+ years as a medical provider I was on call 24/7 and drove 500-600 miles per week Had not called in for 6 years They started corporate BS about 6 months before i left They started questioning everything i did to treat Workers' Comp to address the bottom line They cared more about $ than the employees When my boss said" they complained that you ate breakfast at your desk" REALLY??? It doesn't pay to be loyal or go above and beyond NO ONE HAS YOUR BACK

I work at a airport I'm mentally & physically stressed and drained as a ramp agent, it's a TOXIC environment, driving an hour and thirty to fifty minutes everyday 38,39 miles away from home isn't so pleasing I waited 11 years for this job to find out that it's worse than any job I ever had making just over $1,000 every two weeks isn't worth it, i'm looking for better but no luck yet

being there are no normal women or affordable homes, i semi retired at age 40 and only do 16 hours part time this is enough for me as i am frugal time is everything in 54 now its been great i rent a room and also own a small camper, which i live in 80 of the time i even have decent savings i would never work full time in this broken system

I don't mind working hard on the weekdays, but making it mandatory to attend zoom meetings on my weekends and making me to do most of the work on the documents or presentation when there are seniors who gets paid much more than I do (I'm an outsourcing with minimum wage), the only days I can rest and deal with my personal errands at home is non negotiable to my manager brbrSadly if I ever refused, my manager would scold me, telling me I'm not a team player, to move to other departments I mean I will definitely be happy to move or quit when my backup plan is ready (having accepted in other workplace)

I'm also ready to leave my job, just waiting for my wife to get the visa in order and we leave Main reason is I lost confidence in the decisions being made and improper problem solving A couple of tyrants threaten with tamper tantrums if someone dare to say no to them, or question their authority They're mainly concerned with how they look, taking credit when things go well and pointing out mistakes in others When things go wrong, all of a sudden they didn't know of anything and blame others for not informing or escalating properly Decisions take too long to be effective Speaking up means it becomes your problem, and you are the cause There is no point in working in a place like that

Ok I'm a bartender and my manager has said some atrociously awful things to me like "fuck you and your father," (I swear to god that's true and it wasn't even over a big mistake or anything) and I would love to quit but I've already been to over 100 different bars where I live and I have been completely unable to find another bartending job I did find a minimum wage job which I took but it would definitely not be enough to support myself If I just quit this bartending job I will be financially crippled So I'm just keeping looking for another bartending job and when I find it I'll quit this one But maybe some would say just quit now before I find this other job The whole thing is just terrrible really
