Right now, rounds The premium is low, and as you said, they're divisible As I continue to accumulate them, at some point I'll probably switch to bars It's like having small bills for day to day purchases, but at some point you need larger bills for larger purchases If SHTF, I don't want to be pushing a wheelbarrow full of rounds to buy livestock or whatever😊 Comment from : Im not a robot |

So I have rounds Recently I bought some Silver Eagles at a significant price over silver rounds Is is worth it when I sell? Comment from : Your name here |

Ok so let me get this straight, please someone help me If the value of the dollar tanks, silver rounds and coins will be worth the same? Is that correct? Comment from : Nicole Rodriguez |
|
I'm sticking with US coins that have some numismatic value in addition to the silver value, such as the 90 silver proof Roosevelt dimes, state and atb quarters and Kennedy half dollars Get them as close to spot as possible These coins have held their value and even increased in some cases, even though silver has fallen almost $10/oz over the last few years I'm avoiding the new 999 coins (since 2019) because it seems they are selling for too much premium over spot, at least right now Comment from : John Mizak |
|
My question is, if silver/gold went up 5x, would the rare or collectible bar/coin value go up 5x or more also? 🤔 Comment from : Jason King |

I like the junk silver coins the best because they are less likely to be counterfeited than rounds and bars Comment from : Al May |

Hello, I recently started stacking about 2 months ago, i have bought 149oz of silver so far, i recently bought 18 oz of silver round and yesterday was the first time i bartered with silver, my friend who has a gym membership can bring a free guest, he has been inviting me to the gym everyday to go with him and I accept the offers, I hate the fact that I feel like i use him for free gym, so I decided to give him a silver round for letting me join him, also a really good family friend helped us with a clogged sink, he a plumber and was able to fix the issue in minutes, he did not want to accept any type of payment, so I once again decided to use silver, I gave him a silver round and he was amazed, I wanted to share this with everyone so we can begin to barter with silver Comment from : tortatorres |

I think it depends what you are trying to accomplish and how much you want to buy in a single purchase If you are buying $200 buy generic rounds If you have $2,000 buy generic bars Comment from : greensmash |

I'm the weirdo that buys ASE still lol I get mine from a lsc for a lower premium than the online dealers I like bars too, but I'd rather have my Silvers in 1 oz peices I don't mind premiums that much because I'm a long term holder and believe in the metals EDIT: I stack silver dimes too for shtf scenario Comment from : Noctilucent |

I am in to the bars I just like the feel and weight of them and I get more for my money Good video Comment from : lilrockfromga |

Diversity in your stack is good That said, skew w 1 oz rounds and junk silver Have lesser amount of eagles Keep some bars for their reduced premiums The 100 oz bar is ok if you anticipate a larger purchase for a SHTF- lite eventbr It's worth noting that currently oil and commodity prices are rising much faster than silver This may mean silver is a buy right now even though spot has increased Track the oil to silver ratio over time There are clues out there Comment from : Danny Presson |
|
