He was a horrible man who was likely possessed by a demon of lechery because he was unfaithful to his wives Even one mistress is too many God asks us to be entirely chaste He had many children, but most of them were illegitimatebrHe is responsible for the deaths of many innocent people most notably St Thomas Moore and the Archbishop of Canterbury, who is also a saint in the Catholic Church It was no grand achievement to force England to be a Protestant country He brutally instigated the murders of many, many innocent people whose only crime was to be loyal to the faith of their fathers: the Catholic faith His ghost is likely a demonic presence left by his multitude of mortal sins and his lack of receiving the last Sacraments of the Catholic Church or at least conditional absolution God have mercy on his soul!brSt Thomas Moore, pray for us! St Edmund Campion, pray for us! All the Catholic martyrs of England, pray for us! Comment from : Megan Greene |
Well while watching all the documentary of King Henry and his wives who ordered to be killed by beheading, the way he treat his allies and wives are truly madly disturbing and morbid, we do believe his soul is not in peace with his past mortal grave sins, in afterlife a soul knew if they will go to a good place, or bad place Very chaotic life, for his wives Sometimes you really think britons has a mean culture and stiff, stern people because of their cruel history and culture and some many ended up bipolar, or entilled karens, Comment from : Jennifer Coralde |

Anne didn’t have a miscarriage in January 1533 They married in January 33 and Elizabeth was born in September of that year The last miscarriage and the accident Norton mentioned was in 1536 Comment from : Lana Mughal |
Not sure how much he enjoyed wrestling after King Francis 1 beat him at it Henry 8th was over 6 feet tall as well It’s possible that the jousting accident caused his temperament changes but it sounded like he had started that change prior to the accident By the time Anne of Cleves married him he had a hard time getting a wife due to his history of getting rid of his wives with one being executed I think Anne of Cleves got the best deal out of all of them She wasn’t killed because she agreed to the divorce and Henry 8th decided to call her his beloved sister and she raked off with money and properties and didn’t have to put up with him after that and she lived very comfortably That was a world that I’m grateful to not have lived in Comment from : Debra Kleid |

There is only one original source mentioning Henry being unconscious for 2 hours Most likely it was for much shorter time Henry was always a drama queen, ehm king, From some unknown reason Thomas More is not mentioned in this video He is definitely the most interesting person from Henry´s era And very difficult to understand Even Thomas More was smitten by young Henry He even wrote a poem about him and they spent a lot of time together talking literature, music, history, religionHenry inherited his grandfather´s good look and charm (Edward IV not Edmund Tudor of course) He started promisingly but became a monster No matter how hard you try to describe him as almost a saint He was a tyrant, murderer and bloodthirsty monster In comparison with the Plantagenets the Tudors are very boring Comment from : Black cat 2628 |

The world needs another documentary about Henry VIII, repeating the same very basic, ubiquitously known facts, as the hundreds before it, like I need a third ear growing on my chinbrbr"Henry VIII was more faithful than many 21st Century husbands" Good choice not trying to prove this statement with facts or examples from his life - like the bastards he sired Comment from : Paul Leverton |
No such thing as ghosts They are demons who know how to impersonate people This is Satan's way of tricking people into taking their eyes off of God Comment from : felicia burdock |
This King of Killings was a horror monster that must have affected the population at that time Did his influence have a bit to do with the oppressive regimes of the future British country towards some other nations and an inherited sense of entitlement towards others The British history is shameful when one has a real look into it, as in India, the convicts sent and flogged, to Australia, and more, sure there were good people in the British administration but few of them Australia Comment from : jenifer g |
Please change the title from the ghost of Henry VIII to the life of king Henry we heard all the details hundred times before This is trick for us to play it I though most of it on Henry's ghost and to talk about the other ghost too anyway I never believe in ghost just play it for the fun of it TY Comment from : yvonne moujalli |

Overuse of the actor as king Henry singing that dirty song Comment from : TheStevGr |
Sounds like all that fatty and highly sweetened food made Henry a diabetic early in life I’m sure they would not have recognized it but just the ulcers on the legs are an indication High glucose levels can cloud the mind and cause inflammation throughout the body over time I’m sure that could make him quite despondent, not knowing what was happening to his body brNo excuse for what he did Comment from : Ellie L |
There are some historical inaccuracies Comment from : AlbertMagnvs |
Pretty cool to see most of the reenactments were filmed at Hever Castle, originally where Ann Boleyn lived I was actually just there about 2 hours ago 😂 Comment from : Amy Faith |

There seems to be bit of controversy regarding the age of Catherine Howard some books say she was fifteen when beheaded now on this podcast she was nineteen, but as i have just heard some mistakes spoken on this narrative and quite rightly picked up by a former listener we may never know how old she really was Comment from : Noreen Clark |
