I bought a set from craigslist the 1997 roundhouse set Came glued on a table with a old sticker that said "Thomas Wooden Railway System" With a 1993 playboard (Island of Sodor I think) There's a sticker on the roundhouse that hints that it was once a display table in a toy store or something KidsToysPlay has a video showcasing a table similar to mine Very cool Still looking for that black tree Unless it's a 100 piece set exclusive I must ask, are you going to do a review of the 2002 Roundhouse Set?

Strictly speaking this version with the 4 sheds and the water tower and Ellsbridge Platform is called the Island of Sodor PlayboardbrbrThe 1992/3 track is basically impossible to distinguish from Brio track out-of-box, outside of unique items like the turntable, Arched Stone Bridge, etc A lot of it thus probably gets sold as Brio or unlabeled

Wanna hear my first Thomas wooden railway set is the diesel works figure 8 set but that is my first set my first pice is a very old and rough classic Thomas I don’t know or remember how I got itoh here’s a story when I was little I one dipped that Thomas in cofffe you can say a morning cup of Thomas (This was not related but I was young by 11 so yea)

TWR: "the 100-piece set actually" fits my "A Day at The Works" play boardbrbrThe 100-piece set: bshows it already having that play board before/bbrbrMe: [visible confusion]brbrAll jokes aside, I think that's because the "A Day at The Works" just so happens to be the 100-piece play board, my guess is that Learning Curve had a bunch of play board in that same design, and since they most likely didn't had the budget to make a complete new play board design, they added the 100-piece play board with the A Day at The Works set

Maybe videos like this will convince the people in charge of Thomas and Friends Wood to consider going back to Thomas Wooden Railway and make these kinds of sets, trains, rolling stock, and the ones that were sold from 2000-2018

It would be interesting and cool if you have the other versions of this set and do a comparison on what they have and don't have But since you pretty much mention on the changes the set went through from this to the Thomas And The Magic Railroad version for it's history

I still have my set of this but it was the clicky clack track and my grandparents bought the 2 extra sheds, the 3 buildings ( water tower, repair shed and signal box) and it’s switch track, the station platform, the Thomas comes to breakfast set and about 20 extra vehicles that are shown in the video

werid I have track about 2000 pieces of track from 2003 to now and have not a millimeter of clickity clack track or is that because in Manitoba Canada they Maybe never sold it here so my track is all smooth
